1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Samify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Samify reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Samify is an AI-powered film pre-production platform that generates scene scripts, voiceover narration, and background music from user-provided text prompts. Samify does not currently generate actual video content. AI video generation is planned for a future release. The Service is provided "as is" and features may change over time.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to access generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others. Samify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free Plan and Paid Plans
The Free plan includes one pre-production generation at no cost. Paid plans (Pro, Studio) provide additional generations and features as described on the Pricing page. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment integration is coming soon — paid features will be unlocked upon integration. Samify reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Ownership of Generated Content
Content generated by Samify — including scene scripts, narration text, and music — belongs to you. You may use it commercially, share it, or hand it off to production teams without restriction. Samify does not claim ownership over user-generated outputs.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Samify to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs. Samify reserves the right to terminate access for violations without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All Samify branding, interface design, code, and proprietary systems are owned by Samify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Samify is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service may experience downtime, errors, or changes without prior notice.
9. Third-Party Services
Samify integrates with third-party AI services including Groq, Sarvam.ai, and Suno AI. These services have their own terms and policies. Samify is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Samify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
